Philosophy
We as parents share a desire to do the best for our children. In
modern times, this desire forces a tremendous number of choices
upon us in terms of the activities we involve them in as well as
how much we push them towards achievement and excellence. While
our children's happiness is our utmost concern, its only natural
that we have hopes for our children to excel in school as well as
extracurricular activities such as music, arts, and sports.
Youth sports in particular has changed dramatically in the last
couple of decades. While many parents played countless hours of
a variety of sandlot sports, today's children are shuttled to and
from organized practices during the week followed by weekend games.
In many communities, very little spontaneous neighborhood play occurs.
While we may never be able to return to those times, Contact Soccer
embrace the benefits of a "less organized" approach to
youth sports (specifically youth soccer). It does this with activities
and programs that attempt to maximize soccer play with friends.
