Activities: Tournaments

Tournaments are a greate way to enjoy the thrill of more organized competition against other communities. A typical holiday weekend tournament (e.g., Memorial Day), will consist of 3-4 games played on Saturday and Sunday. For younger age groups such as U10, there are no standings and everyone receives an award for participating. For older age groups, such as U12, standings are recorded and typically, semi-finals and finals will be held on the Monday of the holiday weekend.

Contact Soccer is organizing teams to go to the following tournaments in 2005:

• Aug 13-14: Grafton 3 v 3 Jamboree
• September 3-5: Labor Day Weekend Tournament (TBD)
• October 2: 5th Annual Mass Youth Soccer Recreation Tournament
• October 8-10: 20th Annual Pepperell 6v6 Fall Classic
• November: Winchester Veteran's Day Tournament (no information yet)
